Setup, operation, maintenance, pre-sales guidance, troubleshooting, and service video resources for the water-cooled Glacier Series diode laser engraver.
The AtomStack Glacier is a large-format, water-cooled diode laser engraver. It is offered with a 90W or a 120W blue diode laser, and power can be stepped down when you need finer work: 40 / 80 / 100 / 120W on the 120W model, 35 / 70 / 90W on the 90W model. A separate 4W infrared module is available for metal engraving. The included chiller keeps the laser at a stable temperature for long jobs.
The working area is 800 × 800 mm, Z-axis travel is 90 mm, and maximum engraving speed is 24,000 mm/min. The blue lasers engrave stainless steel, iron, anodized aluminum and brass; cutting metal is not recommended. An air assist (50 L/min) is included. Rotary attachments R6, R8 and R8 Pro handle cups and bottles, two F8 honeycomb panels join into a full-size bed, and the optional B4 protective enclosure keeps light, smoke and dust contained.
Set the Glacier up over Type-C first, then work over Wi-Fi with AtomStack Studio or the AtomStack app; LightBurn works after importing the configuration file. Safety features include an emergency stop, a power switch and a safety fuse. Run it at 10–35 °C, and add antifreeze to the chiller below 5 °C.
Who it suits: production workshops that run long, high-power jobs on large sheets and need stable cooling.
