The working area is 800 mm × 800 mm.
The Glacier is available with a 90W or 120W blue diode laser. A 4W infrared laser is also available and is purchased separately.
Yes.
See "Glacier Laser Power Switching" for how to change the level.
It can engrave metal, but cutting metal is not recommended.
Yes, using the AtomStack Studio client. Connect the machine with the Type-C cable first to configure the network; once that is done you can work over Wi-Fi. See the Glacier connection video.
Yes, with an R6 / R8 / R8 Pro rotary attachment. See "Using the Glacier Rotary Attachment".
Yes, the B4 protective enclosure. See the B4 enclosure installation video.
Yes. Use two F8 honeycomb panels joined together — F8 panels are designed to connect to one another.
Yes, an air assist system is included.
No. Use the ATOMSTACK 4W infrared laser module.
Yes — R6 / R8 / R8 Pro are supported. See "Using the Glacier Rotary Attachment".
Note: With the R8 chuck:
- Cylindrical objects: 0–80 mm diameter
- Spherical objects: 25–80 mm diameter
- Ring-shaped objects: 10–70 mm diameter
- Maximum supported weight: 1.5 kg
AtomStack Studio or the AtomStack App are recommended. LightBurn also works, but you have to import the configuration file — see "Glacier Connection and Operation".
Yes.
10–35 °C. If the temperature drops below 5 °C, add antifreeze to the chiller — see "Adding Antifreeze to the Glacier".
90 mm.
Up to 24,000 mm/min.
To get the detailed parameter table:
Keep it in a dry environment. If it will be idle for a long time, power the machine on and run it for about five minutes once a month to preserve the life of the electronic components.
If the ambient temperature is below 5 °C and the machine will not be used for a long period, drain all water from the chiller to prevent freezing damage.
