Note:
- Galvo Sealing Glass Cleaning: Use 99% anhydrous ethanol or a professional optical lens cleaner (avoid solvents containing ammonia or acetone). Wipe gently in a single direction (e.g., spiral from center outward) using a lint-free cloth to prevent scratches from back-and-forth rubbing. After cleaning, inspect the surface under strong light to ensure there are no water marks or fibers remaining. High-frequency users: clean once a week. Low-frequency users: clean once a month.
- Camera Cleaning: Use 99% anhydrous ethanol or a professional optical lens cleaner (avoid solvents containing ammonia or acetone). Wipe gently in a single direction (e.g., spiral from center outward) using a lint-free cloth to avoid scratches.
- Frame Cleaning: Use a lint-free cloth with alcohol to wipe off dust from the frame.
¶ 2. Atelier Fan Cleaning

Note:
- Fan Disassembly: Open the machine door and raise the galvo platform to the highest position. Remove the two screws of the fan cover and take off the cover. Then remove the four screws securing the fan and take out the fan.
- Fan Cleaning: First, use a brush or similar tool to remove dust from the fan surface. Then wipe with alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Do not use corrosive cleaning agents.
- Cleaning Frequency: High-frequency users: clean once a month. Low-frequency users: clean once every three months.
