Due to P1's specialized design, it is currently not compatible with devices from other brands. Its mounting method and laser module connector use an 8-pin plug.

Due to P1's specialized design, it is currently not compatible with laser modules from other AtomStack models. It can use P1's own infrared laser module, and it supports AtomStack's R6, R8, and R8 Pro rotary attachments with auto-recognition.
P1 is designed to be lightweight and portable. Its engraving area is: Blue laser 110mm×110mm, Infrared laser 105mm×100mm.
P1 can engrave metal but cannot cut it. P1 can be fitted with either a blue laser module or an infrared laser module. For parameter settings, please refer to the P1 parameter table.
Note:
- With the blue laser module, only a limited range of materials such as stainless steel can be engraved — metal cutting is not possible (blue laser is primarily suited to non-metal materials such as wood).
- With the infrared laser module, metal can be engraved, but since it is only 1.2W, metal cutting is not possible.

Yes. When connecting to your phone in Bluetooth mode, the AtomStack connection app will walk you through the router connection steps. See the P1 mobile app connection tutorial video.
Yes. It can be used with AtomStack's R6, R8, or R8 Pro rotary attachments with auto-recognition — after installing the raised feet, engraving is possible. See the P1 rotary attachment usage tutorial video (R6 / R8).
Yes. For engraving, we recommend 6000mm/min speed at 80% power; for cutting, 500mm/min speed at 80% power can cut through 1mm thickness in one pass. For other material settings, refer to the P1 parameter table (see item 4 for how to access it).
Yes. See the P1 rotary attachment usage tutorial video (R6 / R8).
Key advantages include:
Yes, the AtomStack D3 purifier can be used. Since P1's exhaust port diameter is 49mm, a supplied adapter module is required when connecting the D3 purifier. See the P1-to-D3 purifier connection tutorial video.
A honeycomb panel is not needed — P1's built-in base plate is itself a cut-resistant metal material. When cutting, place the supplied magnets on the base plate to create a gap between the material and the base plate for a cleaner cut.
Air assist cannot be used — the laser module has no gas inlet port. However, the enclosure uses a high-speed fan that effectively extracts smoke, resulting in cleaner engraving and cutting.
Answer:
P1 features a removable base plate design. If a material is too large to fit inside the enclosure, you can remove the base plate to accommodate it for engraving.
AtomStack Studio and the AtomStack app are recommended; LightBurn is also supported. When using AtomStack Studio, no baud rate configuration is needed to connect. When using LightBurn, you'll need to change the baud rate to 460800, or import the configuration file (included on the supplied USB drive).
The recommended operating temperature is 0–35°C.
No. Reflective or highly refractive materials cannot be engraved, and reflective materials may also damage the laser module.
