Refer to the Kraft Machine Housing Cleaning and Maintenance Video.
Note:
- Cleaning Method: Use 99% pure anhydrous ethanol as the cleaning agent and wipe gently with a lint-free cloth. Avoid rubbing back and forth to prevent scratches. When cleaning the exhaust fan, the fan must be disassembled carefully --- do not use force. Refer to the Kraft Machine Housing Cleaning and Maintenance Video for the screw removal procedure.
- Maintenance Method: After cleaning the linear shafts on the X and Y axes, evenly apply grease on them. (Regarding grease selection, it is recommended to use white oil grade 2/3. For environments below 15°C, use grade 2; for environments above 15°C, use grade 3.)
- Cleaning Frequency: For users with frequent usage, cleaning is recommended once a week. For users with less frequent usage, cleaning is recommended once a month.
Refer to the Kraft Laser Cleaning Video.
Notes:
(1) Air Guide Hood
- Cleaning Method: Before cleaning the protective glass, first remove the small screws on the air guide hood using an L1.5 hex screwdriver (see Figure 13), then take off the air guide hood. Use 99% pure anhydrous ethanol and a lint-free cloth or optical-grade lint-free cotton to wipe it clean.
- Recommended Tools: Lint-free cloth or optical-grade lint-free cotton.
- Post-Cleaning Check: Ensure the holes of the air guide hood are not blocked and free from any stains.
- Cleaning Frequency: For high-frequency users, clean once daily. For low-frequency users, clean once weekly.

(2) Protective Glass
- Cleaning Method: Use 99% pure anhydrous ethanol or a professional optical lens cleaner (avoid solvents containing ammonia or acetone). When wiping, use a lint-free cloth and wipe gently in a single direction (e.g. spiral from the center outward) to avoid scratches caused by back-and-forth rubbing.
- Recommended Tools: Use lint-free cloth or optical-grade lint-free cotton swabs (avoid regular cotton swabs that shed fibers).
- Post-Cleaning Check: Inspect the glass surface by shining a strong light from the side to ensure no residual watermarks or fibers remain.
- Cleaning Frequency: High-frequency users are advised to clean daily, and low-frequency users weekly.
- Precautions: The lens must not be disassembled. Do not attempt to pry open or dismantle it yourself, as this will damage the laser's sealed structure. A dirty protective glass can cause laser focus damage on the lens surface, which may also lead to lens damage.
(3) Laser Module Fan
- Cleaning Method: Before cleaning, open the laser fan cover and remove the fan. Use 99% pure anhydrous ethanol and a lint-free cloth to gently wipe off any dirt or debris on the fan.
- Recommended Tools: Use a lint-free cloth or optical-grade lint-free cotton swabs (avoid regular cotton swabs that shed fibers).
- Cleaning Frequency: For high-frequency users: clean once a week. For low-frequency users: clean once a month.
- Precautions: Do not disassemble the driver board. Do not use corrosive liquids for cleaning.
Refer to the Kraft Air Assist Cleaning Video.
Notes:
- Reason for Cleaning: The air assist is an essential accessory for cutting. If dust clogs the air pump's intake port, it can cause abnormal overheating, which may damage the pump.
- Cleaning Method: Use 99% pure anhydrous ethanol as the cleaning agent. Gently wipe the vent holes of the air pump with a lint-free cloth.
- Cleaning Frequency: For high-frequency users: clean once a week. For low-frequency users: clean once a month.
- Precautions: As the Kraft air assist system also includes an automatic fire suppression function, make sure to clean the water tank during maintenance as well.
The recommended operating temperature is 0°C to 35°C.
Store the machine in a dry environment, and avoid exposing it to humidity for long durations. It is also recommended to power on the machine periodically.
