Note:
- A dirty protective window can cause the laser to focus on the contamination, potentially damaging the window itself and even the focusing lens. For cleaning, use 99% pure anhydrous ethanol or professional optical lens cleaner (avoid solvents containing ammonia or acetone). Wipe with a lint-free cloth in a single direction — ideally using a spiral pattern from the center outward — and avoid back-and-forth rubbing to prevent scratches. Recommended tools: use a lint-free cloth or optical-grade lint-free swabs (avoid standard cotton swabs that may shed fibers). After cleaning, inspect the lens surface under a strong angled light to ensure no water stains or fiber residue remains. It is recommended that high-frequency users clean daily, and low-frequency users clean weekly. Do not disassemble the focusing lens. Attempting to pry or remove it may damage the sealed structure of the laser unit. Once the protective window is unscrewed, the focusing lens is directly visible.

Note:
- Excessive dust accumulation on the fan can hinder heat dissipation, leading to elevated temperatures that may shorten the laser's service life or even cause thermal failure. Dust on the driver board may result in overheating or short-circuits of its components. Regular cleaning is essential to ensure reliable operation.

Note:
- During cleaning, take care to prevent dust or foreign objects from entering the linear guide rails or sliders, as this may impair smooth movement or cause abnormal noise. Use 99% pure anhydrous ethanol for wiping. After cleaning, apply lubricating grease evenly across the surface. Grease selection guideline: use Grade 2 white grease for environments below 15°C, use Grade 3 white grease for environments above 15°C. It is recommended to perform maintenance every 500 hours of operation.
Refer to the Air Assist Cleaning Video.

Note:
- The air assist system is a necessary component for cutting operations. If dust clogs the air pump's intake port, it can cause the pump to overheat and become damaged. Cleaning frequency recommendations: high-frequency users — once per month; low-frequency users — once every three months.
Ensure the machine is stored in a dry environment. Avoid prolonged exposure to humid conditions, which may lead to component degradation. It is also recommended to power on and test the machine periodically during long-term storage.
The suggested operating temperature range is 0°C to 35°C.
